• IMA Group has more than 46 million beneficiaries insured. Our web platform Higgins provides assistance (motor, home, medical, individual) to more than 3 million persons daily.
• My teams are focused on Internet telephony using technologies such as React JS or SAP CRM. They are composed of members of varying degrees of expertise from France, Belgium, Morocco and Mauritius. I manage meetings and ceremonies, supporting and empowering the teams to have autonomy and be self-organizing.
• As a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, I also develop the Agile culture & corporate social responsibility across the organisation with the Coaching Team and other stakeholders.
